Floor Tiles
One of the products that has helped us improve our toddler’s play area are these floor tiles. Not only are they cute by making a checkered pattern, it adds safe padding for the hard floors we have in our apartment. Our daughter loves playing on it.
With our small space, it brings a separation between the play area and our actual living space. In a way, it also kind of looks like a cute rug. Aestically pleasing, and it is easy to clean. I usually will move them off the floor and sweep/mop underneath once a month, and then, it is a simple spray and wipe down.
One thing to be mindful though is it does slip. We have our living space set up where there is something around the edges enough so our toddler does not make it slide. I know some people put not slip padding underneath which is an option as well.
